Preparing Workers for Audit Interviews
Build confidence through understanding, not scripts.
Start with the system
Explain audit purpose, privacy and logistics. Workers should know how their role supports rights, choice, safeguarding, incident response and continuity.
Put it into practice
Use scenarios from approved processes and ask workers to locate controlled information. Address knowledge gaps through training and supervision.
Review and improve
Do not coach people to conceal concerns or give identical answers. Honest descriptions supported by records are more useful than rehearsed phrases.
